For that moment, school spaces should be adjusted to the needs of the time and the community, respecting the green spaces that currently exist and preserving the architectural heritage. Additionally, the Gimnasio Moderno should have new rest spaces, new workshops for artistic expression and for teacher training. This will generate new sources of resources such as:
- Agreements with universities that allow them to use the school facilities at night.
- New services provided within the school facilities (language courses, trainings, etc.)
- Implement the Department of Education.
- Create the Fundraising office.
Gimnasio Moderno should be the best model of appropriation in technology. According to the time, the school should have state-of-the-art equipment and ensure training on the correct use of this equipment, with support for the Department of Education and the different activities of the school. Likewise, it will have the option of teleworking for employees in order to optimize the infrastructure. Programs will be developed to aid in the learning and teaching processes. The school must have the capacity to provide technological endowment one by one.
Welfare (Cultural And Work Environment)
As an organization, by 2027 salaries should be competitive and offer employees more benefits for themselves and their families, which will generate more opportunities for personal and professional growth. The school should have cultural exchange programs for its employees. The area of human talent for that year should be formalized and structured. Currently, a center for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of employees and their families is planned, in association with the school’s Positive Psychology and Positive Education Project.
